Frequently asked questions

Transport, payments and everything you need to know

How do I reach the boarding point in Como?
The easiest way is by train: Como Nord Lago station (Trenord from Milano Cadorna, about one hour) is steps from the lakefront; alternatively Como San Giovanni (Trenitalia from Milano Centrale, about 40 minutes) and a 15-minute walk to the lake. By car: several car parks near the lakefront — arrive a little early in high season.
I land at Olbia airport: how do I get to town?
The airport is only 4 km from the city: ASPO urban lines 2 and 10 connect airport and centre every 20-30 minutes (stop 50 metres from arrivals; tickets at the machine in the airport, via the MooneyGo app or SMS). A taxi takes about ten minutes.
I'm in San Teodoro without a car: how do I reach Olbia?
In summer (June-September) the Olbia Shuttle links San Teodoro with Olbia centre and the airport several times a day; ARST buses on the Olbia-San Teodoro line are an alternative. The exact boarding point, with directions, comes with your booking confirmation.
Arriving at Olbia port (Isola Bianca): what then?
The port is connected to the centre by ASPO urban buses, and a taxi takes just a few minutes. From there it's easy to reach the boarding point you'll find in your confirmation email.
When do I receive the exact boarding point?
Right away with your booking confirmation email, together with directions and direct contacts.
How does payment work?
At booking your card is only authorized: the charge happens exclusively when we confirm availability, usually within 24 hours. If the date is not available, the hold is released immediately and you pay nothing.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If conditions are not safe we reschedule or cancel at no cost, and we tell you before departure time. You can also request the cancellation yourself by writing to us on WhatsApp at +39 345 806 4432.
Are the tours suitable for kids?
Yes, families are welcome on every trip: tell us the kids' ages when booking so we prepare the right life jackets.
What should I bring on board?
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, a cap and a light sweater for the ride back. In Sardinia wear your swimsuit from the start: the swim stops come early.
Can I book the boat privately?
Yes: every tour also comes as a private option, with the boat just for your group. Prices and times are on the tour page, or write to us on WhatsApp for tailor-made combinations.
We are running late: will you wait for us?
We can wait a maximum of 10 minutes in Como and 15 minutes in Sardinia. Beyond that the departure is lost and lateness is not refundable, so we recommend arriving at the pier 15-20 minutes early.
Can I bring my dog or other pets?
No, unfortunately animals are not allowed on board, with no exceptions.
Is smoking allowed on board?
No, smoking is not allowed on board, including e-cigarettes.
Are the boats accessible for people with disabilities?
Unfortunately not: our boats are not equipped to host guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. We apologize for this.
Which languages do the skippers speak?
Our skippers speak Italian and English.
